As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform, SpringVerify. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.
Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
Assist in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Data entry
Decent Graduate with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.

This role involves call-making and requires a minimum commitment of 9 months.

6-Day Workweek: This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you’ll work six days a week.

Be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
