As the Product Manager for SpringVerify, you will own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of the fastest-growing background verification platforms in the market. You'll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations to build scalable features that solve real-world hiring and compliance challenges.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR tech background who understands the nuances of hiring workflows, compliance needs, and the critical role of BGV in building trustworthy organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SpringVerify — from discovery to delivery.
- Build and execute a customer-centric product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless BGV experiences and integrations with HR platforms.
- Deep dive into customer pain points, conduct user research, and analyze data to inform product decisions.
- Ensure the platform complies with industry standards and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, FCRA).
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure features.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate quickly based on insights and feedback.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on positioning SpringVerify in the HR tech ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or Compliance-driven SaaS.
- Deep understanding of HR workflows and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms).
- Familiarity with background verification flows (ID checks, employment history, education, criminal checks, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in Agile product teams with a track record of successful launches.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
