We are seeking an experienced and proactive, results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving growth through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities. Develop strategies to drive revenue, market expansion, and innovation.
- Partner Engagement: Reach out to potential partners, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partnership Operations: Liaisoning and coordination with existing partners, making time-bound reports and sharing these internally and with the partner’s team. Handle leads from partners, record keeping, follow-ups, and cold outreach (Phone/Email/LinkedIn).
- GTM: Execute various GTM activities in coordination with internal teams and the partner’s marketing team.
- Sales and Business Development: Target potential clients and create compelling sales pitches to drive product adoption.
- Performance Monitoring: Track partnership performance and provide regular reports.
- Networking: Attend industry events to expand our network and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in business development or partnership management.
- Proven track record in developing and managing partnerships, with a solid understanding of sales strategies and business development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, with a passion for strategic alliances and business growth.
