Role Overview

First and foremost, we're looking for people who are excited about what we're doing—you don't need to know anything about the HRTech ecosystem, but should be excited to learn.

We are seeking a committed and result-oriented individual to join our team. You will have the first month as bootcamp to go through courses, read articles - do a daily update with a summary of what all you have learnt.

As a Marketing Intern you will be responsible for:

• Supporting marketing campaign planning and execution
• Writing copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
• Assisting in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
• Prepare detailed promotional presentations
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Video and photo editing skills are a bonus, but not required
