The Sales Intern will assist the sales team in achieving company goals by supporting a variety of sales-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR tech environment, develop professional sales skills, and learn about the technology-driven HR solutions space. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a drive for results, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Assist the sales team in identifying and prospecting new leads.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Support the creation and delivery of sales presentations to prospective clients.
Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with lead and customer information.
Participate in sales meetings and provide assistance in following up on leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with current promotions.
Help schedule meetings and demos between the sales team and potential clients.
Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
Participate in team brainstorming sessions to improve sales strategies.
Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program.
Strong interest in sales, technology, and HR solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) is a plus but not required.
