We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth for SpringVerify across mid-market and large enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while deeply understanding client needs in the BGV space.
Own and manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process for SpringVerify.
Identify, engage, and convert enterprise prospects across sectors like IT, BFSI, staffing, and healthcare.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement stakeholders.
Understand the BGV lifecycle, pain points, and compliance requirements to position SpringVerify’s value proposition.
Deliver compelling demos and solution walkthroughs tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and activity targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales pipeline reliably.
3–5 years of proven success in SaaS / B2B enterprise sales, preferably in HRTech or BGV-related solutions.
Deep understanding of the background verification industry and its compliance nuances is a strong advantage.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Self-starter with a result-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or Compliance functions.
Prior experience with background verification, onboarding tech, or HRIS integrations.
Network within large enterprises/startups who require bulk or ongoing BGV services.
