Plan and execute strategies for GVT vertical target achievement (self & team).
Review KRAs and team performance regularly to maximize variable pay.
Track and update sales team work plans monthly.
Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, architects, and influencers.
Appoint new dealers after analyzing market opportunities and impact on existing business.
Ensure proper service levels to dealers, sub-dealers, architects, corporates.
Execute channel/influencer/mason/plumber connect programs.
Identify gap towns and upcoming markets; set up operations accordingly.
Propose schemes and promotions to boost sales.
Enroll franchise partners in major towns for brand visibility and retail growth.
Introduce and implement regional marketing initiatives with the marketing team.
Ensure adherence to company credit policy.
Manage discounts effectively for better realization.
Monitor depot activities, dispatch, and market-related services.
Ensure SOP compliance and authorization matrix adherence.
Oversee Somany Experience Centre functioning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth processes.
Guide and mentor subordinates for leadership succession.
Monitor daily team operations, build harmony, and teamwork.
Ensure productivity activities (business calls) as per matrix.
Provide monthly competitor activity reports to seniors.
Contribute actively to annual business planning.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Experience in the Ceramics industry specifically handling bigger Slabs.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in sales (preferably ceramics / building materials)
Proven track record of achieving achievement.
Strong experience in dealer/distributor (channel) management and market expansion & Knowledge of local market and language.
Good understanding of project sales involving architects, builders, and contractors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales reports
