- Exposure in Tiles Industry, Marble industry, Ceramics.

Role Overview:
The DM – Business Development will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts in Pune, including Architects, Interior Designers (AIDs), Contractors, and Project Consultants. The role focuses on driving product specifications, increasing brand visibility, and generating project-based revenue through strong relationship management and solution-focused selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
Develop and manage relationships with leading Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Contractors, and Builders.
Ensure brand specification in ongoing and upcoming projects.
Build a strong pipeline of project opportunities and ensure timely conversion.
Business Development
Identify new AID and contractor accounts to expand business reach.
Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and solution-based selling.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Project Tracking & Coordination
Track project progress from design stage to execution.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, technical teams) for samples, quotations, pricing, and timely delivery.
Ensure project closure with proper documentation and revenue realization.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and project trends.
Recommend strategic actions to strengthen market positioning.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain updated CRM entries, visit reports, and project trackers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
The Area Sales Manager – GVT will be responsible for driving sales growth across Retail and Projects segments, expanding market presence, and strengthening the dealer and project partner network for GVT products in Ahmedabad and North Gujarat.
Retail Sales
Achieve sales targets for GVT products in the assigned territory
Appoint, manage, and expand the dealer/distributor network
Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and brand presence at dealer counters
Execute promotional schemes, product launches, and market activation programs
Monitor competition, pricing trends, and market dynamics
Projects / Institutional Sales
Identify, develop, and manage projects business including builders, developers, contractors, and institutions
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, PMC, and key influencers
Handle end-to-end project lifecycle: specification, negotiation, order execution, and dispatch coordination
Ensure timely conversion of specifications into orders
Track project pipelines and achieve project sales targets
Business Operations
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms
Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and market intelligence reports
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, technical, and finance) for smooth execution
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
6–10 years of experience in ceramics / tiles / building materials, with exposure to Retail and Projects sales
Strong understanding of GVT products and project specifications
Proven ability to manage channels and close large-value project deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad & North Gujarat

3–7 years of experience in Business Development/Project Sales, ideally in Tiles, Building Materials, Sanitaryware, Paints, Adhesives, or Interior Products.
Strong network among Pune-based architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
