Job Description:
- Responsible for expansion of business in designated geography.
- Manage Key Accounts.
- Driving sales activities for Engineered Stone products. Should be well versed with Specification process, Proposals, Negotiations, and sales closure.
- Must possess excellent relations with Consultants , Architects, Contractors, Developers & Interior Designers in the given territory .
- Building a pipeline of project opportunities and ensuring the successful conversion of specified projects into sales .
- Knowledge of standards, specifications, application procedures, market Intelligence ,strong background in project management & customer relations.
- Experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Project Sales.
- Exposure in Tiles Industry, Marble industry, Ceramics.
- Good communication, sound personality.
- Handle team, Sales Target achievement.
Candidate Profile:
- Function: Sales / BD
- Industry: Tiles/ Ceramics/Sanitary ware/ Building Materials
- Qualification: Any Graduation
- Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad .
- Experience : minimum with 4 -10 years’ experience working with strong brands in the Building Material products .
- CTC Salary: 5.00 LPA TO 11.00 LPA
- Should have worked in similar position for leading brands
- Well versed with geography of his territory.
- Strong Verbal communication in English and local language.
- Having strong and personal relations with leading architects / interior designors / builders in his/her region.
