Responsibilities Include
Generate, explore and develop new prospects/businesses in new and existing markets
Developing and maintaining prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
Meeting clients face to face/virtually and conducting product demonstrations
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new contacts
Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
Work with customer onboarding team to ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients
Skills Required
Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or subscription-based products to a diverse customer base, preferably HR Tech solutions
Good follow-up skills and value driven sales approach is a must
Should have good experience in data driven sales
Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
Proven track record for negotiating and closing new deals with both large and mid-size companies and exceeding targets
Experience in any Sales CRM
