We are looking for a curious, creative, and proactive Marketing intern to join our Branding/Marketing team at Procedure. Procedure is growing, and we're building our marketing function from the ground up. This is a hybrid position based in Mumbai (Bhandup West). It is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B tech company and play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and reach from the very beginning. The internship is for 6 months with the opportunity to convert into a full-time position based on performance.
Before we dive into the job description, allow us to introduce ourselves. We're an applied AI and Software Design & Development Studio established in early 2017.
Our team is a mixed bag. Of the smart and the hard workers. Of the organized and slightly chaotic. Of the early risers and the burners of the midnight oil. We appreciate diversity and truly like having differing perspectives in the room.
We pride ourselves on being early adopters of the latest tools, libraries, and frameworks while delivering business value all the time. People who work with us fall in love with their craft. We have changed the definition of "work" for them.
Here are some of our beliefs around work
Work is only 1 part of your life and not your entire life. We treat it as such.
Weekends are sacred and not to be messed around with. You won't be asked to work on one.
Commuting is a waste of time. Working from home saves you additional time. Go crazy with it.
Side gigs are welcome. We believe there are multiple avenues to learn and grow. Why restrict it to only work?
Asynchronous by default. Synchronous communication is expensive, so we default to writing docs and literature to enable async communication.
Good things come in pairs. Errors get halved. Productivity, ideas, and fun get doubled. Learning gets accelerated exponentially.
Learning from mistakes. If you are not making mistakes and learning from them, you are not growing.
Apart from work, we continually invest in growing you as a professional and a human.
Book club - broaden your horizons by picking up a book every month and have fun doing so
IMDB club - Binge & Tell, we rate & review the newest drama (movies, series, documentaries) in talks
P1, The Half Yearly Tech Conference - here's where we explore futuristic themes to keep you informed about what's happening in the tech space outside our office.
Growth requires mentorship
We believe choosing a mentor is more important than choosing a company. We will mentor you personally to become a better marketer and a creative artist. Relevant people from the team will help you with domain expertise, product thinking, and problem-solving. Ask us how it has helped our ex-employees in their careers when you chat with us.
What's it like here
We love debating over design systems, color palettes, and typography and want someone who can bring their opinions to these discussions. We love reading/sharing articles, podcasts, and tech essays. If you are someone who loves tea or coffee, Marvel or DC, Peterson or Zizek, or even something eclectic, you will feel right at home. Continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do at work & outside.
This sounds good. But what exactly will you work on?
Since we are also a service company, you will have the advantage of working on a wide gamut of problems, technology & real-world issues. You will be involved in all stages of marketing. You'll never have to wonder why you are working on something because you'll always know it.
What Industries are we currently serving?
We carefully select our clients. This is to ensure we are always indexed well on challenging work. They include indie entrepreneurs, Series B/C funded startups, and big corporates.
Some of the sectors we are working on
Healthtech
Edtech
Insurancetech
Sportstech
Fintech
And much more!
Trust us, there's never a dull day at work.
Here's what we expect from you
Amplify our technical content (blogs, case studies) across key platforms like LinkedIn, dev.to, Medium, and other relevant communities.
Collaborate with our engineering team to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) that simplifies complex tech concepts.
Monitor social media channels, engage with our community, and spark meaningful conversations.
Research and identify new trends, content formats, and creative ideas to increase our brand visibility and engagement.
Assist in tracking and reporting on social media performance to help refine our content strategy.
What you should have

A strong grasp of social media platforms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn) and a keen eye for current content trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
A proactive, fast-learning attitude with a genuine curiosity for technology.
Must be based in Mumbai and available to work in a hybrid model.

People Ops Intern – Job Description
Hey there!
We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and result-oriented intern to become a vital part of our growing People team. We are a product development company established in early 2017. Before we dive into the job description, allow us to introduce ourselves.
If you’re someone who loves making things run smoothly and believes the little details create the biggest impact, this role is your playground. You’ll be at the center of keeping our people experience seamless—from onboarding and data accuracy to office admin and cross-functional support.
We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, adaptable, and enjoys bringing order to the chaos. The ideal candidate takes initiative, owns processes end-to-end, and thrives on enabling others to do their best work. This is a work-from-office role, based out of our Mumbai office.
Behind every smooth workday at Procedure lies thoughtful People Ops. As a People Ops Intern, you’ll ensure that our people-first culture translates into everyday operations:
Employee Onboarding: Assist in prepping offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences — making joiners feel right at home.
HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on Keka (attendance, leave, docs, birthdays, anniversaries).
Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities — from exit letters and documentation to collecting feedback — ensuring a respectful and smooth transition.
Policy Support: Help draft, update, and communicate People policies in line with our async-first and side-gig-friendly culture.
Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins — ensuring culture is lived, not just written.
Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to keep us audit ready.
Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback so we can keep improving continuously.
AI Lover: Experiment with AI and incorporate best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements.
Other ad-hoc tasks that help in day-to-day operations.
Bonus points if you have:
Hands-on experience in college fests, logistics, or admin coordination.
Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing data and reports.
Interest or coursework in People, operations, or business administration.
Your first 3 months look like:
Month 1: Learn systems (Keka, docs), shadow onboarding & admin tasks.
Month 2: Own data accuracy, vendor coordination & support events.
Month 3: Run onboarding end-to-end, manage ops independently, and provide insights for process improvement.
What's in it for you at Procedure?
Competitive compensation, recognizing your valuable expertise.
Embrace the flexibility of a remote role – work from where you're most productive (within reasonable overlap for collaboration).
Enjoy flexible work hours – whether you're an early bird or a night owl, we respect your productive times (with some coordination for meetings).
Become part of a vibrant culture that values innovation and empowers you to make a significant impact beyond just your content deliverables.
Trust us, there's never a dull day here.
