We are looking for experienced backend engineers who are polyglot developers, hands-on with Java and Node.js, and capable of building scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and deploy scalable backend solutions.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases – MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Implement and optimize high-throughput, low-latency APIs.
• Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• Follow best practices for API design, documentation, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and scalability.
• Drive performance optimizations and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in backend development with hands-on experience in Java & Node.js.
• In-depth knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS and Docker (nice to have).
• Process-oriented approach with structured documentation, testing, and observability.
