We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in backend development, particularly using Golang. You will play a key role in designing and scaling core services that power our real-time threat intelligence platform, contributing to architecture decisions and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang
• Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices
• Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Work closely with cybersecurity analysts and data engineers for seamless data flows
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system reliability
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Mentor junior developers through technical leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang development
• Strong grasp of concurrency in Go – goroutines, channels, and interfaces
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining REST/gRPC APIs
• Proficiency with system design, software architecture, and SOLID principles
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Good understanding of secure coding and security-first architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience working with data pipelines or message brokers (Kafka, Redis)
• Background in cybersecurity or threat intelligence products
• Contributions to open-source Golang projects
