Well yes, but if you've got hustle, you'll rack up XP in no time. All we ask is that you are a student of the game / constantly striving to be better than you were the day before. 


This is for you if are someone who

- aims to be an expert in the domain you are part of; accrue enough knowledge to to the point where are your words are valued by prospects in gold

- can wow people with your ability to write crisp emails that are meant to elicit a response

- needs to lookup and research and individual before reaching out via LinkedIn / other social platforms with the intent of identifying conversation pieces

- ask more questions to learn and offer specific advice or guidance rather than speak to get points off your chest

- can make use of video tools like Loom to deliver pitches to prospects that cuts through the noise of regular text based emails


This is not for you

- if you prefer a 'one-size fits all' type approach to outbound sales

- if you rely exclusively on pricing or a list of 'committed to memory' features as a tool to sell


What's most important / non-negotiables

- the ability to stay organized, document in detail and remain persistent

- always be learning

- put every meeting on a calendar

- detail the entire journey from prospect to customer by including crisp notes after every interaction in our CRM

- take clear notes and send meeting minutes within 30m of concluding the meeting

- Primary buyer of SpringVerify is the HR Ops function; stakeholders can include CEOs / CHROs / VP / Directors of HR
