About This Role

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth in the assigned territory by developing channel partners, acquiring new customers, and achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory sales targets.

  • Identify and develop new customers and channel partners.

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and key clients.

  • Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities.

  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely submission of quotations.

  • Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.

  • Coordinate for product samples, dispatches, and order execution.

  • Ensure timely collections and maintain receivables within norms.

  • Resolve customer queries in coordination with technical/support teams.

  • Submit daily call reports and update CRM regularly.

  • Prepare and follow monthly tour plans.

Qualification

  • Graduate & Above


Experience Requirement

  • 3–6years in field sales (Tiles / Building Materials preferred)
