The Area Sales Manager – LFT (large format Tiles) / Slabs will be responsible for driving sales growth across Retail and Projects segments, expanding market presence, and strengthening the dealer and project partner network.
Retail Sales
Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
Appoint, manage, and expand the dealer/distributor network
Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and brand presence at dealer counters
Execute promotional schemes, product launches, and market activation programs
Monitor competition, pricing trends, and market dynamics
Projects / Institutional Sales
Identify, develop, and manage projects business including builders, developers, contractors, and institutions
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, PMC, and key influencers
Handle end-to-end project lifecycle: specification, negotiation, order execution, and dispatch coordination
Ensure timely conversion of specifications into orders
Track project pipelines and achieve project sales targets
Business Operations
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms
Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and market intelligence reports
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, technical, and finance) for smooth execution
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
5–10 years of experience in tiles / building materials, with exposure to Retail and Projects sales
Strong understanding of Slabs or Large Tiles products and project specifications
Proven ability to manage channels and close large-value project deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Result-driven with strong execution skills
Relationship building across trade and project stakeholders
Strategic thinking with hands-on approach
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
