About This Role

The Sr. Territory Manager / ASM will be responsible for driving retail sales growth in the Kolhapur, managing distributors and dealer networks, and expanding market penetration for tiles category products.

The role demands strong channel management, retail execution capability, and relationship-building skills.

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory

  • Drive retail sales growth for tiles category

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets are met

  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions

2. Channel Management

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers

  • Appoint new dealers and retailers to expand market coverage

  • Ensure distributor ROI and healthy inventory management

  • Monitor secondary sales and stock movement

3. Retail Development

  • Increase brand visibility at retail counters

  • Ensure proper display, branding, and promotional activities

  • Conduct retailer meets and influencer engagement activities

  • Drive schemes and promotional campaigns effectively

4. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends

  • Identify new growth opportunities within the territory

  • Provide regular market feedback to management

5. Collection & Credit Control

  • Ensure timely collections from distributors/dealers

  • Maintain credit discipline and reduce outstanding

  • Proven experience in distributor and dealer handling

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Result-oriented with ability to work independently
