Implementing sales strategy and action plan to increase sales within assigned territory.
Making required no. of cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Conducting site visits as per the assigned standards; generating leads and converting them into sales within acceptable discounting limits.
Explore new dealers & sub dealers and appointing them; through effective gap town mapping
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (channel partners or key clients/ architects/ authorities) by meeting in person and via telephone calls
To make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
To effectively negotiate & finalize the prices and closing sales within acceptable discounting limits
To monitor/ track market developments & competitor’s activity; gather market & competitor’s information and providing feedback on buying trends to respective state/ division/ vertical heads
Ensuring effective outstanding management, within set standards
Reviewing dealers’ performance, enhancing existing dealer’s performance; identifying non-performing dealers and share performance status with reporting authorities for appropriate actions
Develop customer relationships through participation in industry or promotional events
Implement promotional plans and schemes in assigned territory
To plan & ensure the timely provision of the product samples to channel partners or key clients/ architects/ authorities & undertake periodic check-ups
Regularly updating client database (name, contact and address details) for smooth access;
Prepare and submit sales data/ reports to the reporting authorities
Submitting daily call report and sales data on CRM portal
Taking consistent feedback from channel partners, key clients or other associates about product quality, prices, design, promotion schemes and share the feedback with Sales authorities
To advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
To maintain & ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
To coordinate with Customer and Technical services teams for resolving customer queries/ complaints.
To plan & submit monthly tour plan at the end of every month for the succeeding month.
