Role Summary:
Responsible for developing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers in the assigned region to generate project sales and ensure product specification in upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
Identify and track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the territory.
Conduct regular meetings with architects and influencers to promote company products.
Ensure product samples, catalogues, and specifications are available with key architects.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress for business conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and required documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
3–8 years of experience in Project Sales / Architect Channel, preferably in Sanitaryware, Bathware, or Building Materials industry.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships and drive project-based sales.
