We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to handle channel sales of Tile Adhesives in the assigned territory.
This is a complete field-based role, focused on dealer management, secondary sales, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
Channel & Dealer Management
Handle existing dealers and distributors
Appoint new dealers in potential areas
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Ensure product availability and stock movement
Sales & Market Execution
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Drive secondary sales (dealer to retailer movement)
Conduct regular retailer visits and market coverage
Generate orders and ensure billing from dealers
Site & Influencer Engagement
Meet contractors, applicators, masons and retailers
Visit construction sites regularly
Support product trials and on-site demonstrations
Collections & Reporting
Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
Track competitor pricing and schemes
Share market feedback with reporting manager
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in Tile Adhesives / Construction Chemicals / Cement / Tiles / Waterproofing / Building Materials
Strong dealer handling and market working experience
Target-driven and self-motivated
Willing to travel extensively for field work
