• Act as a vital bridge between business goals and technical teams within airline technology.

• Perform in-depth analysis of airline processes including reservations, inventory, ticketing, and

revenue management.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with senior stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.

• Convert business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.

• Manage change requests and maintain a prioritized product backlog.

• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Ensure compliance with global airline standards such as IATA regulations.

• Deliver data-driven insights through reports and executive presentations.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the airline domain.

• Strong expertise in Passenger Service Systems (PSS), ticketing, fare management, and

reservations.

• Advanced skills in requirement elicitation, BPMN, and analytical problem solving.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.

• Willingness to work from office in Chennai.
