We are hiring a creative fresher who was actively involved in college events, culturals, symposiums, or media clubs and has strong video editing skills.

If you enjoy shooting reels, editing engaging videos, creating corporate-style content, and interacting confidently with people — this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit reels, office videos, and corporate videos

• Create event highlight videos and culture recap content

• Design posters and internal branding creatives

• Support and conduct employee engagement activities

• Assist HR in internal and external employer branding

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (any degree)

• (Preferred: Visual Communication, Media Studies, Mass Communication or related fields)

• Very good knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Canva, etc.)

• Ability to shoot and edit short-form and corporate-style videos

• Active participation in college events or media teams

• Good communication skills and stage confidence

• Creative, energetic, and proactive personality
